Meet our leaders
The CST Executive Education Team comprises our Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, two Primary Regional Directors and the Director of Secondary Academies. The Regional Directors and Director of Secondary Academies line-manage the Trust’s headteachers and provide support and challenge for their schools on their journey to outstanding or beyond. They visit the schools and meet with senior and middle leaders on a regular basis and broker specialist support as required.
