Oakbank School are looking for an ambitious, inspiring, fun and innovative English Teacher to join our strong English department.
Location: Oakbank School, Reading
Salary range: MPS
Contract term: Temporary (maternity cover until July 2022)
Full time/term time: Term time
Start date: 1 January 2022

You will be expected to:
Teach English and make a positive contribution to the learning experience of the students
Promote students' critical thinking skills and ability to utilise English in everyday life
Create lesson plans, assign and correct homework
Motivate and manage students in the classroom
Be a form tutor and contribute to our strong ethos and pastoral care.
